What are the minimum and maximum component dimensions that Atlas Foundry can produce? There is no minimum part size and the maximum part size is 16.5 x 25.0 inches.
What is the minimum and maximum weight casting Atlas Foundry can provide?Atlas Foundry can produce Gray Iron Castings that weigh from 1/2 lb to up to 50 lbs.
What types of Gray Iron does Atlas Foundry pour?Atlas produces casting in Gray Iron Classes 25, 30, and 35.
Can Atlas Foundry provide a finished part?Yes, Atlas Foundry regularly provides finished parts to its customers.

What is the lowest volume run that Atlas will produce?At our main facility in Marion, Indiana, Atlas Foundry can produce volume runs from 100 to 1,000,000 pieces. (Lower volumes are available if a set up fee is charged.) This facility is equipped with high speed Disamatic Automatic Molding Machines that are designed specifically for high volume production. We can work to provide assistance to our customers with parts / tooling which have lower volume runs from 1 to 100,000 pieces to find a foundry capable of producing their parts using different production technology such as at Interstate Castings in Indianpolis to name one location, .
